A1: The ALTR0154 is the most powerful fixture in the entire TOUR series. It delivers 1800lm at 20W — that is 53% brighter than the 15W DC fixtures (1180lm) , 88% brighter than the 11W ALTR0147 (960lm) , and 147% brighter than the 8W ALTR0148 (730lm) . It is specifically designed for high-ceiling commercial spaces (3.5m–6m+) where lower-wattage fixtures cannot achieve sufficient illuminance at distance.

Q2: Is the ALTR0154 compatible with the ALPHALUCE TOUR magnetic track system?
A2: No. The ALTR0154 is an AC230V mains-voltage fixture (Class I) with a built-in driver, designed for standard 3-wire/phase AC track systems. It is not compatible with the DC48V Class III TOUR magnetic track system. For TOUR magnetic track fixtures, please refer to the ALTR0178–ALTR0206 series.

Q3: What beam angle should I choose for a retail mall with 5m ceiling height?
A3: For high ceilings (4m–6m) in retail malls, we recommend: 15° for pinpoint accent on featured products or signage (creates dramatic focal points at long distance); 24° for standard retail display illumination (covers ~2.1m diameter at 5m); 36° for broader merchandise zones (~3.25m at 5m); and 50° for ambient aisle or pathway lighting (~4.65m at 5m). For most retail applications at 4–5m height, 24° or 36° provide the best balance of focus and coverage.

Q4: What are the cutout or mounting requirements for the ALTR0154?
A4: The ALTR0154 is a track-mounted fixture — it clips directly onto a standard 3-wire/phase AC track rail. There is no ceiling cutout required. Simply install the track rail on the ceiling surface (or recessed into a channel) and click the fixture into position. Recommended minimum distance between fixtures on the same track is 30–50cm to avoid beam overlap interference, depending on beam angle selection.

Q5: Is the ALTR0154 suitable for outdoor use in covered walkways?
A5: No. The ALTR0154 has an IP20 rating and is strictly for indoor use. For covered outdoor walkways or semi-outdoor retail entrances, please consult ALPHALUCE for outdoor-rated track solutions.

Q6: What is the CRI and lumen maintenance lifetime?
A6: The ALTR0154 delivers a CRI>92 (Ra≥92) for exceptional color accuracy — critical for retail merchandise presentation. The LED module is LM80 certified with L90B10 > 50,000 hours, meaning the fixture maintains at least 90% of initial lumen output for over 50,000 hours of operation.

Q7: Can the ALTR0154 be dimmed?
A7: Yes. Dimming functionality depends on the phase-control dimmer used on the AC230V mains circuit. When paired with a compatible trailing-edge or leading-edge dimmer, the ALTR0154 supports smooth dimming for dynamic scene control in retail environments (e.g., transitioning from full-bright shopping mode to subdued evening ambiance).
