In the long history of the lighting industry's development, the logic of product creation has undergone a profound transformation from "focusing on the enterprise" to "centering on the user." ALPHALUCE has anchored itself in the user perspective, thus achieving a transition from "selling lighting fixtures" to "creating a lighting-enhanced lifestyle" during this era of change, thereby redefining the value boundaries of lighting brands.

I. Breaking Free from the Constraints of the "Corporate Perspective": Viewing Light Not as a "Product" but as a "Part of Life"

In the traditional industrial era, the logic behind creating lighting products was "what the company produces, that's what the users accept"—as long as the light bulbs were bright and durable, they could dominate the market. However, ALPHALUCE broke away from this mindset early on, which was centered around the company's gains and losses: we never viewed "lights" merely as cold industrial products; instead, we saw them as a medium that connects users' living scenarios with their emotional needs.

Consider this: if ALPHALUCE had simply focused on the company's perspective, it could have mass-produced standardized lighting fixtures and profited from the scale of production. Instead, we chose a different path: delving into the fabric of users' lives to discover the many possibilities of "light"—workers who work late into the night need "lighting that protects their eyes and doesn't disturb their sleep," mothers need "lighting that simulates natural light and protects their children's vision," elderly individuals living alone need "lighting that automatically adjusts brightness during nighttime awakenings to prevent dizziness"—these needs extend far beyond the simple functional comparison of "bright" versus "not bright." They represent the users' deep-seated desires for "the quality of life."

II. Overcoming the Limitations of the "Consumer Perspective": Treating Users Not as "Buyers" but as "Partners"

The logic of the "consumer perspective" is that "users spend money, businesses provide services," but this relationship is based on "transaction," and still does not leap out of the "ego" framework. ALPHALUCE reconstructs the relationship from the user's perspective: we see each user as a "co-creator of light life," rather than a mere "spender." Just as McDonald's bathroom is open to all who need it, Alphaluce's "light service" is not limited to users who "buy products." We launched the "Light Living Proposal" community, inviting users to share their own light scene stories - some suggested that "pet families need to avoid lighting that stimulates pet emotions," and some hoped that "smart homes can enable light to coordinate with curtains and aromas to create atmospheres." These voices from users have become the core inspiration for ALPHALUCE product iterations. We have even opened a "light environment customization lab," allowing users to participate in the spectral design and appearance of lamps, truly realizing "your light, by you."

III. Anchoring the Future with a "User-Centric" Approach: Making Light an "Extension of Life"

In the era of user sovereignty, the value of a product has long gone beyond mere "functionality" and has become a "vehicle for a lifestyle." The user-centric approach of ALPHALUCE is to deeply integrate "light" into users' daily life scenarios, making it a subtle yet warm companion in daily life.

- In the home setting, ALPHALUCE's intelligent lighting system can learn users' routines, using simulated natural light to gradually awaken the body clock in the morning and automatically switching to a soothing warm light at night;

- In the office setting, our "Focus Light Mode" can enhance productivity through specific spectra, while the "Relaxation Light Mode" helps employees quickly enter a light sleep during breaks;

- Even in public spaces, we are exploring the "social value of light" – designing "Healing Light" for hospitals to alleviate patients' anxiety, creating "Rhythmic Light" for schools to assist students in managing their attention...

This penetration into "user life across all scenarios" transforms ALPHALUCE's "light" from a standalone product into an "emotional engine" and a "scene adhesive" for users' lives.

From the "function-oriented" perspective from an enterprise standpoint, to the "service-oriented" perspective from a consumer standpoint, and finally to the "lifestyle-oriented" perspective from a user standpoint, each leap made by ALPHALUCE represents a redefinition of "the value of lighting." In the future, we will continue to prioritize the user experience, aiming to use "light" as a bridge that connects people with their daily lives and emotions. We will remain a steadfast partner in the lighting industry, always understanding both the needs of users and the nuances of everyday life, as we navigate the currents of change.
